How are custom orders made?
Once your custom order is placed, I’ll reach out to you directly by email to go over all the details. If your preferred colors weren’t noted during checkout, I’ll send photos of all my yarn options in that color family so you can pick the exact shades you love. After that, I’ll get started creating your one of a kind piece! During the process I will send pictures and updates to make it more hands on for you while your item is created.

How long do custom orders take?
Processing times vary depending on the size and complexity of your order, but most custom creations take about 1–3 weeks to complete. I’ll keep you updated along the way so you always know when to expect your finished piece. 

Can I request a specific design or character?
Absolutely! I love bringing your ideas to life. If you have a special request or inspiration photo, include the details when ordering or reach out through my contact form before placing your order.

What materials do you use?
All of my crochet creations are made with high-quality yarn and premium stuffing to ensure softness, durability, and long-lasting charm. If you have any fiber sensitivities or special requests, just let me know. I’m always happy to accommodate when possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is handmade to order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom pieces. However, if there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out right away. I want you to love your creation and will always do my best to make it right.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Yes! If your order is a gift, I can include a personalized note and simple gift wrapping upon request. Just leave me a message during checkout or send an email after your purchase.

How can I care for my crochet item?
To keep your handmade creation looking its best, hand wash or spot clean gently with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as it can alter the shape and texture of your crochet piece.
